Paul Balabanski is the founder of Delta Claims Management Inc., which opened its doors in September of 2018.  He has 22 years of claims experience as an independent insurance adjuster.  Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota, a Business Administration Diploma from North Dakota State University-Bottineau and holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.  He is a Level 5 adjuster, licensed in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut and Newfoundland.  Paul is also a member of the Canadian Independent Adjusters Association, Insurance Institute of Manitoba, Manitoba Insurance Adjusters Association, Winnipeg Squash & Racquet Club and Chartered Insurance Professionals' Society.  During his university days, Paul was a member of the North Dakota State University-Bottineau and University of Minnesota-Crookston hockey teams and still enjoys playing the game today.  Paul has also been a coach for various minor hockey and youth baseball teams for several years.
